Bitget said attackers transferred approximately $387.5 million in assets across Ethereum and other EVM networks, XRP Ledger, Zcash, and TRON after bypassing its security controls. The exchange identified four primary attacker-controlled receiving addresses and said the vulnerability had been remediated, the incident contained, and no further unauthorized transfers were possible. Bitget launched a recovery bounty offering 5% of successfully frozen or recovered funds and published live tracing resources for industry partners.
