Elliptic says the TraderTraitor-linked theft of USD 6.43 billion from Binance was followed by automated laundering across about 12,000 wallets, 11 blockchains, and more than 40,000 transactions in under four days. The activity centered on splitting Tron funds across roughly 7,700 addresses, bridging value to Ethereum, swapping assets, and using lending vaults to break direct transfer links. About USD 2.85 billion had been frozen or seized, while approximately USD 3.24 billion remained in addresses linked to the theft; roughly 28 BTC had entered Wasabi-style coinjoins by November 2.
