Single Point of Failure: The API
Single Point of Failure: The Binary
Single Point of Failure: The Jurisdiction
Other Single Points of Failure: Unknown
Bc it's all undocumented and close source.
Lot's of valuable discussions in the sub-discussions too

Very insightul read on the state of Hyperliquid's validators.
My takeaways:
-Deposit bridge in arbitrum doesn't follow consensus, it's still a 3/4 multisig 🚩
-Independent validators don't validate. Code is closed-source so they just blind sign.
-7/11 "independent" validators were hand-picked by HL. Add that to the validators HL is running directly and they control 11/16
-81% of the stake is controlled by Hyperliquid directly
-Everything relies on the uptime of a centralized API

I'm most surprised by the fact that there really isn't a backroom where validators get something beyond that ghetto ass …
